PhD student in Government and Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP), Master in Administration from the Catholic University of São Paulo, specializing in Management of Organizations from Methodist University of São Paulo). Flávio is Vice Dean of Varzea Grande University Center (UNIVAG). He is professor in undergraduate and graduate courses offered by UNIVAG, Senac, FIAP and UMC. He is also a researcher at the Microfinance Study Center (CEMF-FGV/SP). Flávio has strong experience in higher education management, having developed activities as coordinator, academic director and dean. In the research, his areas of interest are Social Networking, Financial Inclusion, ICT for Development and Entrepreneurship.
